Child and Dog-friendly café - Her Street, Eaux-Vives

Her Street is a relatively new establishment is specifically designed for women and mums, to work, get to meet other mums or simply enjoy a tasty coffee.

I have been teaching a mum’s group fitness class here since September last year, so have been meaning to write this post for quite some time!

The café serves lovely nibbles as well as healthy lunch options, there’s a small play space available for your little ones to play too

Her Street offers classes throughout the week in the Studio, which is found through the Rush & Co boutique. The Montessori play room is then next to the studio, accessible through the white sliding gate. The co-working space called The Cube is across the courtyard from the Play room, again accessed through the white sliding gate.

They regularly organise pop-up events too, so definitely keep an eye out on their Instagram page or website!

Today I was meeting a friend for lunch so we settled in at the café, which is pram-friendly and offers a small unsupervised play space. I had a quiche and salad which was lovely. There was also pasta, quinoa salad and soup on offer. They also have a nice selection of healthy snacks for your little one.

The location is also very practical, being right by the lake, a couple of minutes’ walk from Jardin Anglais so you could also pop by here before or after a walk along the lake! This place is a must-visit for families with children and dogs!

Fun factor for child: 5/5 - Have fun playing while you wait for food, then enjoy a delicious snack!

Fun factor for dog: 1/5 - Not Luka’s idea of a fun way to spend a couple of hours, but the staff here are super dog-friendly. You might even meet Lola, the owner’s Jack Russell!

Pram-friendly: yes, there is also plenty of space for your pram to be parked outside the café if needed.
